Was this Harper's message when he lambasted the Liberals for not reducing the gas tax to help Canadians, pledging he would would cap gas taxes beyond 85 cents as well as his tax cuts?
I have to admit that I don't recall this "pledge" but as usual your phobia has kicked in and you didn't get the message that Tab was trying to get across.....read the news headline on the paper shown. In the overall scheme of things is the high price of gas such a tragedy when you look at the real suffering going on in the world.
no it didn't escape my notice, nor does it escape many Canadians notice how the righteous right needs to use their usual tactics of 'see, look the other way, it's not so bad...' Works when you try to blame everything on the liberals to deflect.
I'm not surprised you don't recall Harper very loudly denouncing the liberals for not capping the gas tax, and saying he would do it when gas hit 85 cents a litre.
Amazing, how short your memory is. Yet long when it comes to the liberals.
Voting for change eh.
The name of the game right now is just how fucking brainless are Canadians to buy this asshole's lies.
