In case you missed it, this week's Sunday Telegraph carried a ferociously funny take on the G-20 summit in London, and the rise of the "neo-confs", who worship international gatherings for their own sake.
For author Matthew d'Ancona, the summit represents a "sort of living, breathing examination question: where does power lie in the early 21st Century?"He continues this thought as follows:
