It is no easy task facing Mr. Justice Ian Nordheimer of the Ontario Superior Court, who must decide whether JSR, the first person convicted in the notorious Boxing Day, 2005 slaying of Jane Creba, should be sentenced as the youth he barely was at the time of the shooting or as the adult he has barely become.
