I was just listening to a repeat of the Bill Carroll show on CFRB. He was talking about an Ontario government program to start electronic health records. Apparently its not working so they are throwing it out and starting from scratch. The cost for the failed system? $647,000,000!!!!! This is why I want to severely limit government.
