    bullshit. It was already proven contracting out garbage services saved very little. North York and Etobikoke both showed this.

    If you are going to be pathetic at least be accurate. I know that during your left wing bleeding heart indoctrination (I won't elevate you be calling it brainwashing) mantra #1 must have been never let the facts/truth stand in the way of attacking your betters.

    I am only going to deal with issue of contraction out garbage. FIRST it was not Noth York & Etobicoke but rather York and Etobicoke and if you call the Department of Works you will find that the contracted cost was $10/tonne less than city pickup.
