The incompetence at Toronto City Hall crys out for it........
Toronto is millions of dollars in debt, its councillors have refused to raise taxes and dozens of painful service cuts barely make a dent in solving the crisis. So what's a poor city to do? Five people in the know speak out on ...
Cuts go for the jugular - chopping only the kinds of core services citizens should be getting for their tax dollars
Mayor's move ignites war of words
again.
ReplyDeleteno numbers. No strategies on how to 'get there from here'.
Only the usual moron conservative rhetoric of 'we pay too much in wages' and contracting out saves money.
bullshit. It was already proven contracting out garbage services saved very little. North York and Etobikoke both showed this.
If you are going to be pathetic at least be accurate. I know that during your left wing bleeding heart indoctrination (I won't elevate you be calling it brainwashing) mantra #1 must have been never let the facts/truth stand in the way of attacking your betters.
ReplyDeleteI am only going to deal with issue of contraction out garbage. FIRST it was not Noth York & Etobicoke but rather York and Etobicoke and if you call the Department of Works you will find that the contracted cost was $10/tonne less than city pickup.
