So much for: "We won't get fooled again." Instead, it's The Who lyrics: "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss." It blows my mind that Ontario voters would reward a leader whose track record on breaking promises could make the Guinness Book of World Records. Read Premier Flip Flop McFly's lips. "I will not raise taxes" is one of 206 promises he made this time to get elected. Only four years ago, Dalton McGuinty made the same promise by signing the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, then we got whacked with his $11-billion health-tax levy, plus the delisting of health services, like eye exams, while he stole a line from the Beatles' song Taxman to slap higher taxes on everything from car licences to court fees to booze and cigarettes. |

What More Could A Blogger Ask For......
the antics of the three stooges, Dion, McGinty and Miller, will continue to provide volumes of copy and we have the added bonus of the pathetic bleating of their supporters.

pathetic bleating indeed.
ReplyDeleteI haven't personally supported or voted for any of the "3", but then I see the 'bleatings' and the gnashing of teeth a plenty on the other side too.
