I know that area well, it's south of where our last house was.
If you know anything about the area, it wouldn't surprise you at all. Perhaps this author needs to go out and get to know the area. Several areas, including my old area, were growing, and getting some incredible, "upscale" restaurants. The reason?
Thousands of young urban people, families, young couples, singles, all buying up in the area, and renovating, and growing.
This author, clearly too stupid to notice.
btw I drove around the duff and eg area this weekend, I had to go to some supply shops. Man, that is one area, that looks like the forgotten area.
