You campaigned on zero tax increase and you delivered I believe you delivered two years in a row. You helped set the tone for the voodoo economics practiced at City Hall. As a property owner while I like no increase in my operating costs common sense tells me it ain't going to happen in the real world. Pay today....pay tomorrow but you will pay.
