This is another example of how city politicians get material to include in their list of accomplishments that they convey to the electorate.....they talk about visions but not about how they are spending the $700 million already allocated to housing.......look at who they spokesperson is, George "I spend every penny of my office budget" Mammoliti. I wonder how many "free" lunches he will get during the consultation meetings with developers, etc.

$4.7B housing plan unveiled, but where's the money?
Toronto housing officials have hatched a 10-year, $4.7-billion plan that's designed to assist people making up 209,000 households -- only there's no cash to finance the ambitious endeavour.
