A great media event but as Royson James points out it will take decades and the reality is that in many cases more could be accomplished by demolition and rebuilds.......
Reviving old towers a tough sell
but you can bet Comrade Miller will be adding this to his list of accomplishments come election time and will explain away the fact that things were not done because of Ottawa, Queens Park, etc.
