Miller Planning To Move Staff And Council From Silly Hall.
'Zero waste' is trash talk By SUE-ANN LEVY Perhaps the most deliciously funny line at the King of Climate Change's pre-Earth Day photo op earlier this week was that there is a plan in the works to make City Hall a "zero waste building."
