City scraps University Ave. bike lanes

Cyclists should be treated as equals:
**be licensed and take road tests same as motorists
*renew and pay fee drivers license with photo every 5 years
*licenses would be issued only to those of age
*pay license fees renewable annually same as motorists
*show proof of insurance renewable annually
* pay Comrade Miller's city licensing fee
*adhere to Highway Traffic act
*be obligated to adhere to drinking and driving laws
*limited to where they could "park" and when
*be required to wear safety belts
*children would have to be conveyed in a side car/trailer with appropriate restraints

BTW mark down those who voted in favor of the proposal and have that list handy come election time.
