Is Picking Up Garbage Different In New Westminister...

...than it is in Toronto. If anything probably in New Westminister it is more labour intensive therefore the logical thing to do would be to (1) reduce the "living wage" of workers collecting garbage in Toronto; (2) look at bringing all municipal wages in line with the "living wage" mantra.
