Toronto cuts $128 million from housing and homelessness investments budget

Next year, the Toronto Shelter, Support & Housing Administration will see their budget cut by $128 million dollars, down from $793 million in 2012 and $993 million in 2011.

...why do we have this

I am retired, living in an apartment because I couldn't afford the upkeep of my home (property taxes, increased utility costs, insurance), drive (infrequently) a 15 year old car and I wonder where my share of the $793 million is...
