How does the toronto island ferry get around in the winter?
Wouldn't it be simpler, and less cost, to have buses on the island which would pickup users, like in the CITY and terminate at Billy Bishop Airport?
If you support expansion of the island airport and when the weather turns protestor comfortable ask the protestors the question?
Island airport expansion is a change in kind not a change in degree
