If you borrowed a car from a handicapped person but are not handicapped yourself nor accompanying the owner of the car, you are not allowed to park in the reserved space even if the handicapped sticker is in the car.

Personally I am not handicapped and it is unlikely that I would be in the position of applying this section of the regulations regarding handicapped parking BUT
an area that should also be clarified is the can and cannot of using handicap facilities in washrooms.
