A Regent Park family awoke to shattering glass early Thursday as a bullet smashed through a window in their home.A mother of two was asleep around 2 a.m. in the apartment, on Dundas St. E. near Parliament St., when the bullet pierced her bedroom window and ricocheted off two walls, Toronto police said.
The children were sleeping in a second bedroom and there were no injuries to the family of four, police said.
Local officers and the emergency task force searched the area but did not find any suspects, police said.
Police said they did not know whether the shooter deliberately targeted the apartment.

I suspect the shooter did not know where to apply to get $$$ from Miller's fund for at-risk kids.
