The group targetted by the peaceful protestors excercise their rights under the legal system and protestors are arrested and charged. No problem.
This is the way the system is supposed to work so you have to wonder why it doesn't work in Caledonia? Both groups believe their cause is just so why aren't both groups treated equally?

Ten protestors were charged yesterday with trespassing following a peaceful demonstration at a Burlington company that produces guidance systems for missiles and unmanned drones.
For the second time this year, protestors — many of them elderly — were arrested when they attempted to speak to L-3 Wescam officials.
"We are going to try to go into the building and have a discussion with the executives of Wescam on transforming their business from one that produces tools for mass murder into something that actually produces something that is useful for civilians," protest spokesperson Matthews Behrens said.
The company wasn't about to let that happen and besides surrounding the sprawling grounds with private security it also had Halton Region police standing by to make arrests.
"We respect the rights of all individuals for legal, peaceful protest. The safety of our employees is our most important priority and we will take every necessary step to ensure their security and well being," said a statement released by the U.S.-based parent company L-3 Communications, a large military contractor.
However, company spokesperson Jennifer Barton refused to answer questions, particularly about allegations of torture involving Titan Group, a division of L-3 Communications.
