Miracle mutt shot in face
Weimaraner recovers after numerous hits with pellet gun

If Prince was a cat, he'd have eight lives left.
The 1-year-old Weimaraner was shot at least six times in the face and chest at point-blank range with a pellet gun on the verandah of his owner's Potsdam Dr. home near Jane St. and Finch Ave. W. Sunday night.
The shooting occurred just before 11 p.m. on a porch well lit by flood lights and Christmas decorations while the dog's owners were home.
"Who shoots a dog under the Christmas lights?" asked Tina Medina, 40, still struggling for answers after a tense night in which she and her two daughters used tweezers to pull out a 3 mm-long slug from just under the dog's eye. They collected several other pellets outside.
Prince was hit in the nose, eye, ear, head and chest, leaving blood all over his body and the concrete stoop.

Not Enough Baskeball Courts & Not Enough Community Centers
That must be the explanation for a senseless and wanton attack on a dog that did not appear to be a imminent threat but Mayor Miller will probably want to spend more $$$ as his answer to crime on the streets. When will the leftwing social in-activists admit there are people who are beyond redemption and the only solution is to lock them up and throw away the key.
