But if you are an illegal criminal in the United States you are given at least five strikes. Possibly because baseball is not their national sport prosecutors give them a lot of leeway.

BTW did you know that Toronto Police have been ordered not to ask people whether they are legals in the hope that illegal immigrants will come forward with information about crimes they have witnessed.
