1) Commissioner Sydney Linden is wrong when he says no one person is responsible for the death of Dudley George. Dudley George precipitated his own death by taking part in an illegal action.
2) If anyone is owed an apology it is the people of Canada who have been and are being subjected to these terrorist actions on an increasing level.
3) Will we hold an inquiry if during one of these illegal trespasses a non-indian loses their life?

The final report of the Ipperwash Inquiry has found that the federal and Ontario governments, along with police, all share responsibility for the death of unarmed native protester Dudley George.
"It is impossible to attribute Mr. George's death to a single person, factor, decision or institution,'' Commissioner Sydney Linden concluded in his four-volume report.
Harris didn't interfere at Ipperwash
By Lorrie Goldstein
Historical revisionism aside, the key finding of Justice Sidney Linden's inquiry into the native occupation at Ipperwash provincial park is this.
Former Tory premier Mike Harris did not order the OPP raid that led to the shooting death of protester Dudley George on Sept. 6, 1995, nor did he interfere with police actions.
That's the opposite of what Premier Dalton McGuinty and the Liberals (along with native protesters) hoped the inquiry would find when McGuinty called it. It's also the opposite of what the Liberals predicted it would find when they were in opposition.
Can't we just get along?
Now that the 'political smear' of Mike Harris has failed, it's time to address native issues
