Here we go again. Fresh from his botched and mangled budget fight, David Miller is again into the breach, expounding on his gun registration and banning arguments. The fact that the majority of guns are brought across the border from U.S. jurisdictions won't deter our mayor from simplistic arguments. While a few collectors have guns stolen, this doesn't justify the wholesale destruction of their hobby. However, it is easy to attack a few gun collectors or farmers using their .22 calibre rifles to shoot gophers in their fields. It gives the appearance of a decisive, proactive politician, which he is not.

Back to the budget, Mayor Miller, and solve a real problem.
