Comrade Miller and his band of clowns can add all the taxes they want but they should keep in mind the boundaries of the city and while I am picking up a couple of cases of water at the Promenade Mall I will do some additional shopping at the T&T Supermarket rather than at the Loblaws Superstore south of Steeles.
