Why would you elect someone so stupid or naive that he would try and make us believe that parking enforcement is nothing more than a cash grab.......btw I have had one parking ticket in the last 20 years.
Toronto councillors have rejected the idea of taking a kinder, gentler approach to dealing with drivers who disobey parking meters.
