Not Wishing To Be Hard Hardheaded But I See This As A Caption Contest Entry
On a personal note the only downside of this decision is it will have an negative impact on tourism to Toronto.........
It's hard not to be touched by pictures likethis one. Today is a day that will not soon be forgotten by millions of Californians. I'm happy for them all.
