Another example of my position the crime problem has a large attitude segment......if "kids" feel they are only going to get a slap on the wrists why shouldn't they join gangs and deal drugs, etc.? Their street address has little to do with that decision.

The Supreme Court of Canada, in another deeply divided 5-4 decision, struck down two presumptive provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. It's the latest controversial judgment for our top court.
