Former seniors home to be turned into 62 'affordable' housing units -- for more than $20 million

In yet another act of absurdity from a City Hall constantly crying for cash, the affordable housing committee yesterday endorsed a plan to create 62 new "affordable" homes for seniors -- costing at least $325,000 each to build.
