Smitherman rejects rumours Post-mini shuffle, new minister of energy and infrastructure says he's 'not running for mayor'
Toronto doesn't need another inept doofus for mayor. But I would sleep easier if he wasn't a McGinty "No New Taxes" government who are famous for breaking promises made in major media scrums.
