Defining Graffiti
The argument about whether graffiti is art will go on forever but I think a definition put forward by the Air Farce writers when asked to define art and crafts said; "The first you piss on and the second you piss in."

In the past month -- ever since Darlene Richards-Loghrin was ordered to remove a mural from the building she owns on Kingston Rd. -- graffiti vandals have tagged (defaced) her building no less than five times.
