More Power For City Of Toronto Mayor?

No problem but where are the safeguards? Is recall part of the recommendations? Will the executive committee members be elected or selected? Where is the freedom of information conduit to the public? I will admit that the present mayor is not someone I admire and would hire but no matter who holds the position want accountability.

Earlier this year, I had the privilege and responsibility of chairing the mayor's fiscal review panel, working closely with five other able and dedicated Torontonians, all of us volunteers, to help the city we love.
