Until the city can find a way to tax an enterprise of this type the city impose restrictions of the type. It is a county fair for gawds sake and people and animals and food and fun is the goal of the day. That's it, honey.

A Guelph beekeeper has been ordered by the Toronto Board of Health to stop giving out samples at his CNE booth, because the board says eating anything in the same area as animals is a public health risk.
