That is what we have allowed law enforcement to become and the results seem to be that we are not getting a true picture of youth crime.........

Youth crime figures don’t tell story
When it comes to statistics -- which Mark Twain lumped in with "lies" and "damned lies" -- the Canadian media tend to rely on Statistics Canada to supply the unsullied goods.
