I thought this Notebook item was a bit of a joke.

Howard Moscoe wants the TTC to stop drivers from leaving their buses idling while they run in and have a coffee.

Mr. Moscoe thinks the TTC should "install" a buzzer or a flashing light to "remind" drivers to turn off the bus. What?

How about the driver turning the key to off before going for a coffee? Installing a reminder to do that? You've gotta be kidding.
