...personally I find the accomplishments of "blacks" interesting but agree the relevance of designating a month to those accomplishments is questionable but for me to say so would have me branded a racist.

About 10 years ago a man offered me what looked like a photocopied newspaper in exchange for a donation to help fund Black History Month programs.
