Comrade Miller And His Council Of Clowns Will Rename The Area...

G20 blockades rising in downtown Toronto
Thick concrete blocks and steel poles holding wire-mesh fencing have gone up overnight just south of the Rogers Centre as crews start installing security barriers for the G20 summit. 8 June (1)

...although the city politicians and bureaucrats might want to get the name of the person responsible for the installation of these "security" barriers and find out how they manage to get projects complete quickly and on time.
