So, as it turns out, Coun. Kyle Rae didn’t break any rules.
...proving once again that the office budgets of Toronto City Councilors needs to be scrapped and a new set of criteria be established; ie: office budget $$$ be rolled into their annual salaries which would make them subject to audits by CRA rather than self serving city bureaucrats.
