...for poor management, poor communication, deterioration of assets, etc. etc. When you get 2,800,000on google you know there is a problem. The Board of Directors is made up of the Mayor, three councilors and nine tenant reps.

The head of Toronto Community Housing Corporation has admitted the agency made mistakes and is “fully accountable’’ in the case of an 82-year-old tenant who was evicted and later died in a shelter.
