Toronto Silly Hall Has One MAJOR Failing...

  ...they won't admit that they are the problem and suggestions on how to improve are considered treasonous; look at how quickly they were to attack Niagara Falls.

With major projects like the $57 million one designed to replace the nearly 100-year-old trunk watermain on Avenue Rd. perhaps the city might consider continuing the work at night or on weekends.
