Relocation of Shaw Street daycare filled with angst

Trinity Spadina Early Years Centre’s move to temporary quarters compromises programs, parents and staff say Jul 01, 2010 

...$10 million, originally $5 million, for a homeless shelter but the city can't find space or subsidize a daycare center. Definitely something wrong with this picture but then we have to look at the players, at least at the local level:
