Grieving mom Deborah Parks cradled a sign with a photo of her murdered son, Kareme, as she marched through downtown Toronto with mothers demanding measures to stop violence.
...they should be camped out permanently at Queens Park and the office of their local MP demanding mandatory sentencing, tougher bail conditions, end to concurrent sentences for gun crimes, etc.
