There’s no doubt it has been a whacky 12 months at City Hall. The year saw an upset by a candidate deemed least likely to succeed and the end of, shall we say, The Gravy Train for the David Miller regime and those who hitched their wagons to the socialist star.

Comrade Miller and His Cabal
