...if inept cyclists get seperated lines then the same consideration should be given to inept drivers. Both are a hazard and increase the injury, and even death, of participants. We have restrictions for new/young drivers under the the HTA and similar restrictions should be put on cyclists along with licencing and annual renewals, insurance, etc.
