...if nothing else Royson has to admit that possibly we (KGPM) will slow down the "gravy train" to the point where many of the social in-activists, artsy/fartsy supporters, et al will need to find another way to get to the trough that presently has a take out/delivery policy! City Manager proposing getting the ball rolling with a "buyout" program that admits there is "fat" in the system.
