Are There No Formal Job Descriptions For City Politicians?

The ongoing ludicrous behaviour of municipal politicians cries out for RECALL legislation.They should be obligated to present, in writing, what they will accomplish, how they will accomplish it and by what date. Their performance would be assessed on a quarterly basis by a three person committee made up of voters in their specific riding.
