Why do discussions about violence in Toronto so often devolve into blaming a group that is largely thriving, enterprising, educated, progressive and economically significant?.
* the failure of the community to band together to fight "the gangstas" in their community but retribution is a valid reason and could be a cultural export.
*many in the "black community" exploit the results of gangsta violence and have turned it into a cottage industry supported by taxpayer $$$.
*immigration officials are overworked and the justice "system" causes delays in deporting gangstas.
