Aboriginal jury representation 'crisis' in Ontario
Qualifications to serve on a jury:
be at least 19 years old;
be a Canadian citizen; and
be a resident of the province of the jurisdiction that served you.
...wouldn't this eliminate many Indians from serving on a CANADIAN jury?
