WHY DO WE NEED AN APPOINTED SENATE?

...possibly because overall those who are fortunate to live in a democracy put less effort into voting than they do making a decision at Macdonalds. Let's clear out the crap in our school curriculums and make the major items reading writing, arithmetic and voting...let them learn how to masturbate, which washroom to use, etc. at home. Make voting mandatory for all CITIZENS....
