TWO TIER JUSTICE...


* if you are white and in a standoff with police on an empty streetcar the probability you might face street justice is high.
 
* if you are a member of the first nations you are given carte blanche to terrorize citizens with no charges but are bribed by the liberal government of the day by us buying the land in question!
