HOMELESSNESS STILL AN ISSUE...

...but not just in Toronto! When I was in my teens there was no homelessness...you might not have a permanent address but you collected "pogie" during the winter based on the monies you earned picking tobacco and other farming endeavors. Foreign workers were from Toronto, Montreal, Hamilton, et al.
