When will Andrea Horwath bring down Kathleen Wynne’s government?

Likely never. 

The NDP have little hope of ever forming a government. Horwath will keep the Liberals in power as this pleases our predatory public service unions.

That's Ontario, the un-elected supported by the un-electable.
